<h2 style="white-space:pre-line">A New Direction in Soaking Tubs. Revealed at Kitchen and Bath Industry Convention in Orlando.  </h2>
<p>February 2026.</p>
<p>From Empava comes the 76″ Sculptura Soaking Tub, crafted from transparent resin for a dramatic effect. Acting as a functional art piece, the freestanding tub is shown in a warm amber finish and is available with customizable color options.</p>

Floors were definitely top of mind in one recent kitchen renovation where the floor is clad in Fireclay Tile’s Evening Glow ceramic tile with a matte finish. Its soft lilac hue may be an unexpected color for a floor, yet is a perfect complement to this room given the deep purple/aubergine tones found in the custom cabinetry, the Hyacinth wallpaper and the BlueStar range.

“We always have a couple of options and backup plans when we present our initial concepts to clients,” Chando relates. “For this project, we led with the wallpaper and we thought if she loved it, we’d drop in the tile. She agreed immediately! She trusted our vision for the space and we never needed those backup plans.”

<h2 style="white-space:pre-line">3-Person Bathroom Design. Great for a Hall Bath or Jack 'n' Jill Bathroom. </h2>
<p>November 2025.</p>
<p>So simple yet so ingenious! Segment the full bath space into 3 mini rooms so that three people can utilize the bathroom instead of just one. A 5' x 10' area is needed which is only slightly larger than the typical 5' x 8' full bath. Talk to your Kitchen  &amp; Bath designer or Architect right away before your floor plan is finalized. </p>


"Sleek and contemporary. Classic and timeless. Dark and moody. Bright and light. Design styles for any client-requested look are determined by featured elements and finishes used within a space. Cabinetry is often the most influential given the amount of visual, and physical, real estate it encompasses.

However, designers often refine and hone a style through the selection of backsplashes and countertops. And given the range of available options, it is possible for them to achieve just about any desired look. That is especially evident when cabinetry colors and door/drawer details are similar, as is the case with two designers profiled here who each included a foundation of cabinetry painted in shades of green for their clients’ kitchens. However, each completed space has its own unique style and personality, attained with different backsplash and countertop choices.
