Home addition issue
HG
Feb 27, 2026ยทBy Harold Gowdy
DO you think this was successful? House addition. This remodel has a dividing wall and beam in the ceiling because a room was added to the house. There was no way to avoid it. We think it was handled pretty well tho. Several elements unite the two spaces...the lines of the countertop and the soffit above. The lighting, the island and of course the same cabinets and flooring help to make it one space.
